Carbon effect side skirts - 200

  GTD, Lupo
I know they are not to everyones taste but I bit the bullet and purchased a set. Just got home and had a quick look at the fitting guide and it says a hole must be drilled in the side of the original skirt for a grommet to be fitted to clip the skirt on. I'm not so bothered about the holes being drilled underneath but the one on the side I am and it will be there in full view if I was to ever remove them.

Going to pop down a body shop later in the week but was just wondering if these can just be sealed on with a sealent like tiger seal or something simular?

i dont see why you cant put them on with some sort of mastic mate. be better in the long run as you said so you dont have holes all over the shop.

im sure the body shop will have some decent stuff to stick it on with, or look online for what other people used, i know a fair few people have put skirts on using mastic of some description

just had a look online quickly, some people use 3M heavy duty double sided tape. i know some people stick them on with some sort of mastic i just dont know what.

i put my sport door sill things on with a tube of gripfill. there stuck on so hard there basically welded. its only like £2 a tube or something, however i dont know what they would be like out in the elements
