Carbon Fibre Vinyl Badge Help

  BMW 330ci
Debating whether to wrap my front and back badge in Carbon Fibre Vinyl on my black clio non sport, but if i change my mind is it going to leave that sticky residue ? and will it wreck the shiny silver?

Also has anyone got pics of their black clio sport/non sport, with carbon fibre badges ?

cheers

Your best bet is to find some spares fella or buy them already carbon wrapped. I got a front one from Chris Powell.....not sure if he's still doing them. Then that way you still have your shiny ones.
Mines on a blue 172 cup but can try and get a pic up later if you want mate?

nah it doesn't leave a residue if you peel the vinyl off. if you do find it to be a little sticky afterwards then just wipe it over with a mild solvent or some tardis.

It doesn't leave any sticky residue. If you don't like it's easy to just peel it off. It shouldn't damage your shiny silver and if anything it would clean it by bringing up all the dirt onto the sticky side of the vinyl when peeling it off.

Picture of the carbon vinyl badge on my car that I did (it's not a black clio but will give you an idea of what it looks like)

If you still want a picture of it on a black car let me know as my mate has a black clio. Hope this helps. :)
