Ah, hello.
This may be an old question and on here a million and one times, but I'm new here and can't find it in the archives
My carbon filter/charcoal canister/whatever you want to call it has been properly broken (by me) and I was just wondering if you can bypass it, or do you really need it.
I took it off which resulted in the idle being somewhat erratic so I blocked off the pipe, which has solved the idling issue - the only problem now is that the engine management light stays on:dapprove:
Do I need a new one or can I go without?
If so - how?
It's an '02 172 cup.
Many thanks in advance for any replies
