I use it all the time, use to put it into my 1.6 16v when i had that as well (used to be castrol rs)

Castrol RS was best fully synthetic I have used but now using Silkolene Pro S which is even better and £33.99 delivered for 5 litres which is less than the £36 you are likely to pay for the New Castrol stuff in 4 litres.

Mine came in at just under £30 for 5 ltrs delivered from OPIE oils, oilman off here
