cat for mk1 rsi

Car failed the mot today for emmissions and brakes, know whats wrong with the brakes hopefully but the emissions I would expect to be the cat pipe.

How much would these be, best to go brand new I take it as second hand could have the same probs.

Is it just renault that sell them or do companys like unipart or TM factors etc do them?
