CAT Heat Shield

Hi all

my cat heat shield came off the car this week, anyone else had this problem, mines a 93 1.4RT and the MOT is coming up in 2 months, .

It shouldn't cause an Mot problem as long as its not loose or hanging off the car, If the shield has come completely off then it should be fine, but it wont last much longer before the rust gets to the actual cat and it starts blowing.

Happens to all mk1's sooner or later...they rattle then fall off.

No problem for MOT and it's not gonna have any impact on rust and the the cat (^^???)
