cat/mot question

i currently have a de-cat on my car and when the original cat was removed i noticed it was cracked. can i stick this back on for the mot or am i likely to need a new one? it is cracked in the usual place near the join with the manifold.

also does anyone know any 'friendly' mot centres in the north east? could you pm me some details please?

most mots that used to be "friendly" aint no more.. if they get caught there fked!! your betting of just putting on the old cat and giving it a go
