CCTV Scart?

Our CCTV monitor at work is playing up, i've got a spare compact tv that i can replace it with but it doesn't have a "coaxil" input. can the scart in the link replace the coaxil bit on the cable and plug into a normal tv or does the whole cable need to be changed?

I tell a lie! it apears to be a BNC conection, not a coaxil.
So i'd be right in saying http://www.cctvdirect.co.uk/shopping_cart.php?qty=1 would be ok?

Convert the BNC to phono with this: http://cpc.farnell.com/pro-signal/psg02785/bnc-to-phono-adaptor/dp/AV17300

Convert the phono to scart with one of these: http://cpc.farnell.com/pro-signal/psg01675/scart-adaptor/dp/AV15223

You may not even need to convert to scart if you have a phono composite video input (the yellow socket) on your tv.
