CD Autochanger adaptors

My Pioneer headunit display died the other day. i am still using it at the moment, but I will be looking to get a new headunit soon.

I would like to get a minidisc headunit, but Pioneer dont do them and I would like to keep my CD autochanger.

Can I buy an adaptor so that I can use my autichanger with, for example, a Kenwood headunit?

they all have different connections and the cd drives read at different speeds

they have to matched make to make, sorry
