CD changer to MK2 PH1 172

hello folks,

just bought a CD changer to fit my clio and I have couple of questions:
1) will it fit my original PH1 cassette player? or should I also buy the PH2 original CD HU?
2) how hard is it to install the lead that conect to the HU?

is it a genuine renault changer (made by Alpine) or aftermarket?
