CD player cutting out over bumps, small bumps

My tunerlist cuts out of a wheel slips into a pothole. However, if you go over a speed bump.. it doesn't cut out. Any ideas? Is this normal?

Yes when playing CDs only. I don't have an aerial cable at the minute, so i'm now having to use CD's

is the unit turning on/off, or is the cd just skipping? - if unit on and off would pull it out and make sure all wires are fitted tight into terminals, if cd just get a usb/ipod interface and join us in the 21st century

I think it's just the actual CD skipping. Don't worry, I'm ordering a connects2 soon haha
