CD Player error

Hi guys im new to the site, got myself a nice dci 80bhp clio as i do lots of commuting, i was really impressed! the only problem i have is that the cd player come up with 'err cd' whenever i put any cd in, some copies and some standard cd's that haven't been copied. Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong?? Thanks.

thanks guys, can i use any sort of cd player cleaner? or does it have to be specifically for car cd players??

1 of them lens cleaning Cd's might do it
