CD Player wiring loom

i have a 03 clio
i have removed the yellow connector
how can i remove the white and black connectors?

Just unplug them? They literally just pop out.

There's a clip on the left side if you're sat in the seat holding the headunit, press that clip and wriggle them out. Easy!
