Central Locking failure on an 02 clio

i got an 02 clio DCI Dynamique on wednesday and ever since then the central locking has been playing silly buggers!

the lights on both keys still flash when i press the button in but nothing happens. one of the keys unlocks and locks it most the time but the other one doesnt seem to work at all. its in at my local Reg Vardy (this is where i got it from) on monday where they are getting me two new keys and coding them.

does anybody have any advice or help on what it could be?

the key just needs reprogramming, one of mine does the same mate.

the only reason im taking it there is because thats where i got it from on wednesday and it came like this so it WILL get fixed for free!

it was the Receiver Ring (whatever that is!) on the central locking.

the cheeky cow asked my method of payment so i told her "there will be no method of payment" and she just looked stunned.

its all sorted out now though!
