central locking

got a problem today, when i press the button on my key to lock my doors the drivers door dosent lock, same when you press the button inside to lock it, all the other doors lock tho. The only way to lock it is by actuly using the key. any advise of how to sort it?

seems like the motor may have gone, or there is no power getting to it.

Best take the door card off for a look and test it with a amp meter or something similar.

Mine did this today. I opened the car but the drivers door remained locked. Then i went to it later tried the door it was open and it set off rh alarm.

As said check the solenoid is getting power if it isn't fix the wiring if so chnage the solenoid

I think its a known problem with clios.. when pressing the button to lock it kinda bounces back and unlocks... leaving you to think it has locked... happened on my saxo a few times 2.
