Key fob not working

My batteries on both key went flat, since I've replaced them, the central locking doesn't work, if you use the button in the car, both doors and boot lock, the immobiliser goes off and allows the car to start too???
Is there something that I'm missing?
Any help would be appreciated.

Open up the key. Make sure the button actuator on the key fob PCB hasn't broken off/solder has detached.
I've got this issue at the moment. Just need to re-solder it on plus some glue reinforcement.

If the button isn’t broken like above then you might need the keys recoding to the car.
