Central Looking/Imobeliser Problem

Hi.. My sister has a 1.4 RT "N" Reg. The problem is there are 2 key fobs both with new batteries in and the car dosn't unlock. Cant start the car because the imobeliser hasn't be disengaged. Could it just be a broken sensor or is it a Renault Dealer job?

Sounds like the remote control sensor on the roof of the car wet or damaged take it off and clean it check it out.

Renault job is expensive they'll just replace the lot with new stuff.

Cheers m8 it was the sensor! Got it done by renault for 140! all sorted now
