Centre console lights dim

Hi hope someone can help
My centre console has gone dim on the left hand side its very strange has any1 any ideas?

if not can any1 tell me how 2 remove it so i can look or if there is a company in the NW that could replace them

Mine does the same since my air con was re gassed :/ if u turn the fan full and low a few times as u drive they seem to come back as full but dunno about a long term solution mind
