change the leather rear head rest

Hi im french so sorry for my language.In the clio 172 gallery Paul Davis (aka paul 172)wrote he change the leather rear headrest clio172 for megane leather rear headrest.I would like to know if its exactly the same colour for the leather and if the size or the shape is the same than the rear headrest there was on the clio Rs172 made 2000 to2001.thank you.

The leather on the Megane headrests ive used is just the same as the 172 leather, here is a pic of them:-
