changing dials

hey,

looking at changing my mk 1 phase 3 rl dash dials over to either the rt or williams dials but just wondering if there will be all the wires and connections already for the rev counter etc or will they not work?

also is there a way of changing the mileage on the dials so i can put it to the mileage i am currently on?

Rev counter wont work unless its from a mk1 ph3 - saw one on ebay cheap tho. 16v Williams dials same as above but no wires for the temp gauge and the speedo will also be out :\
