Changing Gearbox Mount

Is this as easy as it looks?

Could someone identify the steps to removing this?

My guess is:

1. Support the engine/gearbox with a jack
2. Undo the center bolt of this mount (seems tricky as it turns - guess i need to get to it underneath?)
3. Undo the 2 outside bolts and remove the mount?

Does it simply just fall off once undone or need some persuasion?

I had to sacrifice the 172 today due to family duties. A little annoyed I couldn't get it done I'm going to aattempt it on Thursday/Friday. It seems removing the whole mount is the best option. I'll just need to find the correct bolts to remove!

I changed both the upper gearbox and the top engine mount today and made sure the engine was pulled forwards. The car drives with no bangs or grinding any more. It feels like a brand new car!!!
