Changing headlight lightbulb

Hi all - does anyone have any tips on changing the headlight? I've done most of it, but without taking the light 'unit' off - is this possible, and if so, what do I need to do to remove it?

Thanks

It's an 04 reg expression - there's one bolt at the top which undoes, and after removing that the unit 'wiggles', but it won't pull out....

You will need someone with a newer clio to help, just and unclip cover, remove wiring plug and remove a circlip on Valver then bulb pulls out.

Could be more complicated on newer models.

You don't need to remove the headlight to swop a bulb. Just twist the units out. Best try on the passengers side first though as there more space there just a knack you get use to when chnaging bulbs in the unit.
If you need to remove the whole unit if its broke then you'll need to remove the front bumper as two of the screws for it are hidden with the bumper covering them.

just remove the rubber cap then theres 2 little metal clip things that you unclip then it just pulls out change the bulb and then put it back in, clips on and put the rubber cover on again, 2 min job per light, there is more room on the drivers side on an expression/dynamique the passengers side has the fuse box in the way.
