Changing plugs

Is there a guide on changing plugs or is it straight forward, is the throttle body easy to take off and replace?

Easy job. Unbolt the plenum and remove all attached hoses. Unplug any sensors, dont pull them out or they will break.

then the spark plugs are easy.
