Sorry i want to remove the rear brake line from the union underneth to the union that goes to the caliper and use a meter length of stainless steel hose union each end.

So 1 long hose/pipe instead of the metal and rubber hoses it has now

Any better

I removed rears from the hose end and took them in with my braided hoses to a local garage and they made the copper pipes to fit. cost me £20. Saved me time and effort.

At worst you'll have to take them off at the bracket (with wheel off, left side of n/s disc).

just buy the premade pipe from Renault, they're only about £25 each side (from the flexi above the axle all the way to the caliper)
