Changing to a new stereo.

Hey all,

I'm wanting to change my standard head unit to a new after market cd/ipod head unit.

I've been searching the forums but cant find the details on how its done and what is needed.

I know its probably been asked 1 millions times lol, but if you can, can someone point me in the right direction??
