Maybe compared to michelins or pirelli but when people want cheap s**t then this is much better than the likes of nankang. End of.

Lol better than nankangs at least. By god was those nankangs I had on mine from the previous owner, no grip lol and wearied down very fast.

New favourite cheap ish tyre , uniroyal rainsport 2's

I can't remember what was on my cup when I bought it years ago, they were horrendous! Nearly binned it a few times with the back end kicking out at slow speeds in the wet, I changed them all early on. Bad tyres just isn't worth it in these cars, yes you save money but I'd rather save the car!
