Cheap laptop for video editing?

Looking for a laptop for video editing in 1080p, will need to be under £300 so used/refurbished.

Currently looking at this.

Any other recommendations?

Cheap laptop and video editing don't usually go hand in hand, could you save up abit and up the budget?

I'd assume you'd want something with abit of graphics grunt, so maybe look at something with an AMD APU processor?
