That deal doesnt include delivery reg fee road tax or inspection or alarm. Plus its an import so no breakdown cover and only 2 years warranty. I rang them, some of that is in the small print the rest isnt. And its extra for metallic taking a metallic coloured car up to I should imagine £13600 ish
Its a full three year warently just need to send Renault Uk a letter to tell them the cars in the UK.

you buy one from a non renault delaer, then walk into the service department for the 1st time and tell them the reg number. "Oh its not on our system" That 3rd year suddenly becomes completely at the mercy of the dealer you take it to. There comments when a few of my friends and I had 172's were, well the 3rd year is a sliding scale warranty,less is covered than in the 1st 2 years........and so on and so on. Just haggle with a dealer you'll get one at the same price, get the proper warranty and the breakdown cover. They are arses, and they can be because you will need them more than they need you

You can only have the 6cd with the standard seats. The 6cd has an amp under the passenger seat and this will not fit under the recaro;s
No it isn't at the merchy of the dealersship its still a full UK warently you need to send a letter to Renault Uk tell them about the car LEE has a copy on his website just send that to them and they sort it out.
The third year of the Renauklt warnrtly doens't cover that much anyway.
I ordered mine last november,picked it up 1st march 2007, bog standard car from Reagroup (renault london west) metallic paint £13000. Just ask to be put through to fleet department when theres more than one of you that wants one. 2 to them equals fleet..... equals reductions! Possible group buy?.......

Bearing in mind that most of y's all got 182's that are getting older, it's worth going fr a 197. If you get a 2 year old 182, say its worth 7000, and you borrow that over 3 years, it'll be 250quid a mth back. Whats the point???

Well in 3 years you've paid for it. Wheras it takes 5 years for the 197 its 5 years old and worth very little and depending on the contract you still don't own the car.
£250 a month is £9k over 5 years though, that a stupid interest rate for a 7k loan over 3 years no one would pay that unless you have terriable credit rating in which case the 197 would cost more.
