Cheapest way to lower the front?

Hi all,

I have a 182 cup on standard springs and dampers therefore front is quite high! What's the cheapest way to get the front lower? (Brands of springs/dampers etc)

ive had eibach and amax springs in the past. out of the two id rather use amax. they gave a lower drop than the eibachs and at a much better price. id defo use them again if i didnt already have coilovers. theyre basically apex springs but cheaper and rebranded for euro car parts. id stick with your current cup dampers tbh.
