A19 Cup; I totally agree with you, he's a right cheeky git. He should be trying to sell his car on its own merits, not by using pics of someone elses car. I know it's not exactly the end of the world, but he should have asked permission before posting up a pic of your car. It's more the principle of the matter that counts. E-mail him and politely ask him to remove the pic of your car, if he won't do it, report him.

Its not that he's used your picture, its that he probably doesnt have a cup to sell in the first place. If he did he'd use his own pictures.

Its people like this that expect you to turn up with £5k in hand and batter you for the money and leave you in a ditch...
