Chip needed

Am thinking of doing a replacment filter with the HP pipe thingy and Supersprint exhaust. Would I be running lean with the said mods? Is there a need for chipping?

i wouldnt bet on it, but you can check to be safe.

Is there any way of checking for yourself if its running lean without the use of a rolling road?? cheers

Not really no.

Best substiture is a lambda reader and that only gives you a rough indication of if its off stoich.........but it will be at WOT anyway.....just make sure its not in the lean direction.

THen there is plug reading, but going into it isnt worth it as you wont be prepared to do whats needed lol.
