Chip tuning 1.4 K4J

I’m trying to find performance mods for the K4J 1.4 16v without doing an engine swap and I Found this on eBay does anyone have any experience they connect to your mass airflow sensor and meant to improve performance???

Does anyone have any recommendations for improving performance on the k4j 780 (1.4 16v)

I don’t want to engine swap but if there’s no other way I think it would be a Megane 225 turbo but that’s a lot of work

I feel like the 2.0 197 engine would be easier but not worth the hassle for only 100bhp difference and basically no tuning potential

I should have just bought the 197 but i can’t let go of the 1.4

I love the Clio but the engine is a total let down

you have already hit the nail on the head, engine swap is the only real solution and its not worth while when you can just buy a 197 which is a lot more than just a more powerful engine, the chassis setup is night and day.

You would have been better buying the 1.2 turbo if you want tuning potential.

Hell, I wouldn't have listened to me either when I was starting out. Boring old fart, f**k off, had to get what I could afford to insure and modding is fun.
