chips...

dont listen to all these muppets on here,I have been tuning engines for the past 30 years, and I know a thing or two about chips. Its a load of rubbish, get the resistors instead.

Unless you know what your doing and don't mind a soldering iron under you bonnet.. But "piggybacking" chips isn't as powerful as remap.

like the geeza says above, hillpower direction you must go ;)

lmao....uv got the genius of mapping less than 20 mins drive away...........and u prob dont even know lol.


chip wizards is the ONLY place to get a re-map done.......................period.



unless u dont mind paying for inferior work.

unless you have had direct experience of HP chips I wouldn't bother recommending them... I've got one in at the moment and it's made the car slower. At the start it was okay, it gave me a few hundred more revs to play with, didn't pull any better anywhere I could tell though... however a few weeks on and the car starts running like a bag of balls, so I decided to test it on my pvt runway. Normally I can hit 112mph on this given run, yet with HP chip it was down to 108, then 105, then 100 to the point where it was only hitting 90mph... the proble? f**k knows, but the solution required the battery taking off to reset the ECU, so it will be going back to standard ECU soon... I'm not the first person to have this problem, it's not uncommon anyway lol
