chipsaway prices? What did you pay?

I have a deep scratch down to metal along whole length of drivers door. Just wondering what prices people have paid for similar work, and is it worth getting all the stone chips done too?

I guess if the paint is mixed up it wont cost much more?

Depends which one you get, some can do a good match on a small area and some want to respray the whole panel.

I payed nothing as the Chips Away guy fooked up my old 205 so it looked worse than it did to start with. Make sure you check out the guys work first.

On the other hand more recently I had a Scratch done on 182 wheel and it was about 40 quid and a spot on job by someone in Swindon.

I have been quoted 220 plus vat, to sort out:

• scratch entire length of drivers door
• dent under mirror
• repair bad touch up on rear quarter
• touch up an other stone chips on car

Can be booked in wed/thurs/fri

I think due to the convenience and amount of work this seems a good price, most proper spray places will want more and I need it booked in this week.

As for quality of the work, I'll let you know.......:S
