Chirping Clio 16V

Hi. My clio 1.8 16V some to do some sort of chirping noise on startup from cold but the noise only appears to happen when i move the steering wheel so i assume its something to with the power steering pump (and its getting worse). Can anyone confirm or has anyone had the same problem and what did it take to fix it (cash/DIY etc)?

when i 1st bought my 16v the power steering would make a very annoying screeching noise when parking ect So a garage suggested i used some power steering conditioner which helps prevent leaks and squeels,so i poured some in with the power steering fluid and its been fine ever since!Dunno if u got the same problem but maybe worth a try for the sake of £5 !
