Cigarette Burn on Bonnet...

Wondering if anyone can help, tried search but didnt bring anything up.

My friend has discovered someone has stubbed a cigarette out on the bonnet of his Prelude.

Is there anyway to sort this without a respray??

Any help appreciated!
