cigarette lighter not connected

hi after a bit of help when I bought my clio I noticed the cigarette lighter wasnt working after pulling it out of the car to have a look the cables are not even connected?? in the below pictuers you can see I have to cables but on the bottom of the cigarette lighter I have 3 pings anyone know what cables connect to what pins?

Its had the plug cut off, you won't get those spade terminals on that socket.

The cable.

Just get a new plug from a breakers yard.

Are all clios the same? If I find one in a breakers yard shall I just cut the connector of and match the cable colours together?

Not sure if Ph1 and Ph2 are the same, but all Ph2 will have the same lighter socket.
