Cigarette Lighter Question

Hi guys and girls, Is there away of making the lighter a permanent live?

I think there's a permanent live there as its like a live and a switch line and when pushing the fag lighter down you close the circuit. I may be wrong tho.

It's not got a permeant live , only suggestion I could come up with is take one down from the CD player !
