Citroen C2 Charging extra for the exhaust.

I was looking at cars for the other half and came across this lovely C2.

The thing is though, he/she says its for sale without an exhaust but if you want it with one then

THIS IS AN OPTIONAL ADDITION TO THE CAR AT £250 If this is not taken, the car will be without an exhaust.

That's like selling a car and then saying its extra for the wheels its on.
