Claim listed on insurance renewal?

I have never made a claim on my insurance yet there is a note on my renewal stating I claimed over £700 2 years ago and I was at fault.

Where do I stand? Potentially I have been mis-sold my policy over the last 2 years. No wonder my price has not been going down.

I would look back through your old paperwrok, it is your responsibility to check that all details are correct and let the insurance company know.

Seems strange though, possibly just admin error??

this is the first time they have ever added these kind of details to a renewal and i have been with them for 4 years.
