When it is best to use them?

Some people wash the car, hose it down, and then use a mit again with a clay bar??

Can i wash the car, dry it. And then use normal water with the bar??? Or Not?

If you have dried the car, you can clay with soap and water (dont use water alone) but you will need to re-rinse and dry again after so no point, you may as well clay with soap and water while the car is still wet.

On dry paint you may as well just use quick detail spray unless you want to re wash after.
