Hi do i need to dry the car before i clay or will the water be fine mixed with the qd as lubrication?

Its fine mate,works better when wet.

You can use soapy water instead of qd.

Just make sure the cars as clean as it can be.

Your the expert but why i clay when my cars wet all the time never caused me problem.

My concern is when claying cars with QD on a wet car - The water on the car will dilute the QD in doing this it may water down the QD to much. The water alone in theory should provide adequate lubrication but not one I ever risk.
