Cleaned For Combe

Just spend half the day giving the car a clean inside and out ready for Combe on Saturday. Ive never really been into the detailing stuff before, but i got myself down to Halfrauds and they had a deal on some stuff so stuck within the deal. Got myself some shampoo and high shine gloss wax all in one, some demon shine and some wonderwheels alloy cleaner. I have to say that im pretty impressed with the results' apart from the slight incident with the cup 172 badge on the boot. It now just says Cup, oooops. I was gonna borrow a machine polisher and give it a good polishing but who i was gonna borrow it off decided to go on holiday before i got a chance to get round there. How inconsiderate lol.. Anyway, here are some pics.

Looks very nice Thats the colour im having my alloys. Any better side on pictures?

I have got some pretty good side on photos of my wheels but they are too big to upload. You off to combe on Saturday. If not I'll see if I can pm you. I spoke to the bloke who refurbed them so I could colour match the silver bits. Apparenty it is an Aston Martin colour. I have Aston Martin bits on my car lol.

If your seriously gonna get your wheels this colour I would recommend it completely!!

Ahh yes I agree that the duel exhaust looks like dog sick hanging out the back of my car. My oem fell off ok blew off on a track day and the twin janspeed was too cheap to turn down. I'd much rather a stealth!!

Looks good, I'd lose the Cup badge though. I'm going to Combe so shall keep an eye out.

I'd recommend doing the boot button in mondial blue as it blends into the amphasite diamond too much imo.
