cleaned up my black trims on the clio :)

as the title says I cleaned up the blacks on the car with some turtle wax trim care, before the trims was all a dingy grey after using this product and some elbow grease i got them looking as good as new again. oh and for those that have seen pics of the car before know i have them "numpty door guards" which i managed to remove.. all pics below... open to opinions :)

Did you just rip the door guards off ?

No one of my friends attempted on the drivers door in the cold weather and it started to rip the paint of so he left it on, but yesterday in the warm heat i took it off to reveal the damage.

the side that is clean from the yellow door guard came of like a dream yesterday when it was nice and warm as the glue wasn't cold :)

Plastics are a pain in the arse to keep looking fresh but those look better after some treatment...

That door protector... ouchhh... is that fixed... or going to be fixed? first i see damage then fixed?

If i had enough plastics to keep on top of again and wanted a permanent solution id get this: http://gtechniq.com/shop/3s-for-cars/exterior-coatings/c4-permanent-trim-restorer/

Haven't tried it myself but might be worth a shot :)

may have to get some of that C4 stuff

and no it isnt fixed yet, the 2 images are from both sides of the car
