Yes it's brand new new, 9 miles. When the other half arrived to pick it up there was a young lady cleaning it with a bucket and sponge, tried to ask her about it but she didn't speak English. Nowt wrong with that but she didn't exactly come across as a trained valeter.
The roof is far worse. Won't get a chance to take it back until next weekend at the earliest so wondered if it would be easy to sort myself.
For all of our slating of Renault dealerships, I also had a brand new Pearl Black Clio from Renault and it was in far better condition than this.
And if you thought orange peel on Renaults was bad...
Black car and swirls by hand will be a nightmare to correct by hand.
There are products I can recommend but none will be easy or be a quick fix and require lots of time and elbow grease to correct and then you may never get it 100%. If that is there dealer prep taking it back and getting them to correct it will probably leave it coming back worse IMO.
In your position I would go back to the dealer, explain the prep is not acceptable and get them to agree to pay the bill for you to get the paintwork corrected properly by a pro. Drop Brazo a PM as he is localish to you in Swindon and get a quote Chris.
