Cleaning bumpstrips

hey guys

Cleaned the car yesterday, I always seem to miss some dust/dirt in the bump strips where they meet the door.

Does anyone have any suggestions for cleaning there ?

Take them off once in a while and clean them out at a guess,

Or use a very soft brush and when cleaning with soap use the brush to get in the tight spots!
