We spent ages trying to get it out m8.....we used wonder wheels and a toothbrush and they eventually worked...need to clean them regularly tho...leave it too long and youre f**ked...

Have you tried bleach? I had this in my power washer doing the yard and i tried it on my corsa and it got them clean.

Best thing is to take them off and then really attack them (so to speak!) Try a clay bar as well to lift any ingrained stuff. Also try castrol green tec (motor cycle section of halfords - strong stuff especially if allowed to soak.

fairy power spray...seriously try it its amazing!! spray it on wait for 10 mins and then use a tooth brush will make them look amazing....then you can wax it to make them have a better shine
