cleaning inlet mani

after i removed this from my engine whilst it is being fixed, i have seperated the tb , it was covered in ****,muck and grease. spent a good hour cleaning it and now its a minter, but looking in the inlet mani , its proper mucky i have removed all the sensors and coil etc so now its just a lump of metal. how can i clean this out?

the "greasy muck" is the oil from you're breather

kk cheers, it proper smells lol, it will prob free up some space for o2 theres that much in there

use some sort of white spirit/petrol/meths etc etc

kk cheers, wanted to ask somthig to fred, well atch to things, do i need to replace the gasket between the tb and the mani, as mine has ripped and , what can i paint it black with?
