Cleaning the inside of the lights?

How would I go about cleaning the inside of my front lights? They have some dirt inside them and it really annoys me when the car is clean, to see that the lights still look dirty.

I've been told that you can't do it, I'd have to buy new ones?

You could do it, but you'd most likely cause them to mist up all the time.

Are you sure is not the scum that forms on the lights on the outside? In that case you can sand them down and polish them back up.

I might give that a try for the sake of it, but I think it is the inside, as when I changed my indicator bulbs I touched to inside of the lights and it felt dirty.

Think front bumper will need to come off in order to get to the inside of lights

Are you on about fog lights or your front clusters?
