Clicking on full lock??

When iam turning sharp corners my driveshaft sounds like its making a clicking noise.

only when turning though, normal driving is fine

Now am i right in thinking its fucked?

if so does anyone know the part number? its for a 2003 53 plate 172 with cruise control

my brother works at renault so he`s getting a price as he will get it at cost
